Bob leads classes in Wu Wei QiGong and hosts classes at Framingham Villari’s Family Center, local Churches, and Public Parks throughout MetroWest. He founded a free Wellness program for Veterans at Natick Villari’s and is also a Reiki volunteer at a couple of local hospitals. In addition to his continued research into ancient sciences of meditation and the ancient healing power of movement, Bob continues to expand his knowledge through classes in Tai Chi, Yoga, QiGong and Reiki.
